1. To load input files, click "Add" button above the preview screen or choose "Add..." in the File menu.
2. When input files loaded successfully, information of the loaded files, such as "Name", "Duration", "Type" etc., will be shown in the list.
3. You can preview the file in the left preview window. The "Previous", "Play", "Pause", "Stop" and "Next" buttons are all available. It should be noted that this function is only for preview purpose.
4. For setting output formats for source files, highlight one loaded file or several, and choose output format from "Profile" combo-box, which is under the preview screen, and all supported encoding formats can be found here. After the output format is set, it will also be shown in the "Target" column of the list. Different output formats can be selected for different files respectively.
5. To config folder for output files, you can choose "Destination" by clicking "Browse..." button to select folder or entering the path directly to decide where to save the output file. And the Xilisoft Video to Audio Converter has set "C:temp" as the default destination folder.
6. To adjust the parameters for conversion in order to get the required output quality, you need to highlight the loaded file, and adjust all settings on the right panel. There are many parameters offered, such as Audio Codec, Bitrate, Sample Rate and all ID3 tag info. Nevertheless, you'd better keep the default with some exceptions.
7. Click "Encode" to start converting. The "Status" column will show the converting course in figure, and "Completed" when conversion finishes in success.
8. After the conversion is completed, click "Open" to visit the destination folder directly.
